Absolutely. We never cage or relocate possums. That actually harms them. We install one-way exit doors so possums leave naturally, then seal all entry points so they can't get back in. The possums simply move to a nearby tree or nesting box. We also donate $20 from every possum job to Wildlife Victoria.
Most jobs take two visits. First visit: inspection, install one-way doors, and begin proofing. We leave the doors for 1-2 weeks to let the possums exit naturally. Second visit: remove the doors, seal the final entry points, and complete the proofing. Start to finish is usually 2-3 weeks.
No deposits, ever. We only ask for payment once the job's done and you're happy with how it's gone.
We offer a 2.5 year warranty on all possum proofing work, the longest in Australia. If a possum gets back into a proofed area during the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no charge. Rodent treatments and pest sprays both carry a 6 month warranty.
That's exactly what our warranty covers. If they find a way back in during the warranty period, we return and sort it out, no charge. In our experience, proper proofing rarely fails. We've done 8,000+ jobs and stand behind every one.
Yes. All our pest treatments are safe for pets and kids. We use professional-grade stuff that targets the pests, not your family. We'll let you know if there's anything specific to watch for.
